In this policy, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to HandwritingClasses.in and the authorized team handling the relevant enquiry or program.
The policy covers website visitors, adult learners, parents and guardians, children where appropriate consent exists, school representatives, teachers, coordinators and other people who communicate with us.

- Recordings, photographs, testimonials or before-and-after samples only where separately created or shared for an agreed purpose and the required authorization exists.
Payment, materials and technical information
- Quotation, invoice, payment status, transaction reference, refund or adjustment record, billing details and material-delivery address where relevant.
- Internet Protocol address or a protected representation, browser and device information, date and time, referring page, requested page and security logs.
- Website interaction, performance and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term.
Please do not send passwords, complete card or bank credentials, government identification numbers, medical records, diagnoses or other information that is not reasonably necessary for the handwriting enquiry or program.
3. How we receive information
Information may be received through website forms, telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, writing-sample submissions, online meeting platforms, in-person or offline sessions, school meetings, presentations, demos, enrolment documents, invoices, feedback, material delivery and website analytics.
A parent or guardian should provide information for a child unless an appropriately authorized school is handling the information under its own lawful authority and consent arrangements. A school representative should submit only information the school is authorized to share.
4. How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and explain suitable individual or school handwriting programs, online or offline delivery, trainer support, schedules, materials and fees.
- Review handwriting samples and understand learner-specific, class-wise or school-level requirements.
- Arrange assessments, demos, enrolment, live online sessions, confirmed offline sessions, workshops and continued support.
- Create session links, coordinate venues, communicate schedules, record attendance and provide trainer feedback, practice guidance and progress review.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, payment records, material orders, courier details and support records.
- Coordinate with adult learners, parents, guardians, authorized schools, trainers, coordinators and operational service providers.
- Maintain service quality, respond to complaints, prevent fraud or abuse, secure the website and improve content or campaign performance.
- Meet applicable accounting, tax, legal, regulatory, dispute-resolution and record-keeping requirements.
5. Processing, notice and consent
We process personal information for the purpose explained when it is collected, to take steps requested before enrolment, to deliver an accepted program, to meet legal obligations, for other uses permitted by applicable law, or with consent where consent is required.
Where processing depends on consent, the person giving consent should be able to understand the purpose and may withdraw consent for future processing through the contact details below. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully completed and may affect an optional or requested service that requires the information.
We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and to provide a clear contact route for questions or grievances.
6. Children, parents, guardians and school data
Many handwriting services are intended for children. A parent, legal guardian or appropriately authorized school should provide the required consent before a child’s personal information or identifiable handwriting sample is submitted or used for a program.
Parents and schools should minimize identifiers and avoid sharing unrelated personal information. A child should not independently submit payment information or enter a paid agreement.
We do not knowingly use a child’s personal information for targeted advertising or behavioural monitoring. We do not use handwriting samples to make medical, psychological or diagnostic claims.
For school programs, the school remains responsible for its student notices, permissions, supervision, safeguarding procedures and authority to share representative samples or student information.
7. Handwriting samples, assessments and progress records
A handwriting sample may contain a learner’s name, schoolwork or other personal content. Where possible, remove or cover information that is not needed for assessment. Samples are used to understand writing patterns, plan educational correction, provide feedback and review progress.
Trainer observations and progress records are educational notes, not medical, psychological or diagnostic records. Access is limited to authorized people reasonably involved in the enquiry, program or support process.
An identifiable sample, testimonial, photograph or video will not be used for public marketing merely because it was submitted for assessment. Separate authorization is required for optional public use.
8. Information used for online and offline delivery
For online programs, we may use contact details to send joining links and may process attendance, platform identifiers, chat or support messages and limited technical information needed to operate or troubleshoot the session. A session is recorded only for an agreed purpose where the required notice and consent have been provided.
For offline programs, we may use contact, venue, schedule, attendance, access and emergency-contact information reasonably necessary to coordinate the confirmed session. We do not collect location data continuously merely because a learner attends an offline class.
10. Payments, invoices and material delivery
Where a third-party payment service is used, that provider generally processes card, UPI or banking credentials under its own terms. We may receive transaction status, reference number and limited billing information rather than complete payment credentials.
Where books or toolkit items are delivered, contact name, phone number and delivery address may be shared with an authorized courier or fulfilment provider. Use of delivery information is limited to fulfilment, support, accounting and related legal requirements.
12. How long information is retained
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, active program, progress support, payment, material delivery, complaint handling, fraud prevention, legal obligations and dispute resolution.
Enquiry records that do not proceed, handwriting samples, trainer notes and optional recordings should be deleted, anonymized or securely archived when they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to consent, an agreed program record, legal requirements or an unresolved issue.
Accounting, tax, transaction and contractual records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
13. Information security and incidents
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss and misuse. Measures may include access restriction, protected storage, form validation, backups, security monitoring and limited staff access.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use care when sending information through email, messaging platforms or public networks.
Where a personal-data incident creates a notification obligation under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to contain it and provide required notices to affected people or authorities.
14. Your choices and applicable rights
Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, you may ask us to:
- Provide information about the personal data being processed and its general purpose.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete information that is no longer required where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
- Withdraw consent for future processing that depends on consent.
- Stop non-essential promotional communications.
- Review a privacy grievance and explain the available escalation route.
- Recognize a valid nomination or authorized representative where applicable under law.
A request may be limited where identity or authority cannot be verified, another person’s rights would be affected, information is legally required, or another lawful exception applies.
15. Calls, email, WhatsApp and marketing communications
When you submit an enquiry or enrol in a program, you authorize us to contact you about that enquiry or service through the details provided. Communications may include assessment, program options, fees, payment, schedule, online links, offline venue, materials, trainer guidance and progress support.
You may ask us to stop non-essential promotional messages. Necessary service, payment, safety, scheduling or active-program communication may continue where required.
16. Processing and service locations
Information is primarily handled for services offered in India. Some hosting, video, messaging, analytics, payment, cloud or technology providers may process information from other locations. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements suitable for the purpose and applicable law.
17. External websites and third-party services
The website or program process may link to WhatsApp, video platforms, social networks, maps, payment services, couriers or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are controlled by those providers. Review their policies before submitting information through an external service.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when services, technology, operational practices or legal requirements change. The revised effective date will be shown at the top. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional notice where appropriate.
